1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OG Image Generator (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OG Image Generator is a web-based tool that creates open graph images for social media sharing. The Service operates in two tiers:

• Free Tier:Unlimited image generation with a small watermark, 3 base templates, and standard fonts. No account or payment required.
• Pro Tier ($9/month):All premium templates, no watermark, custom fonts and logos, bulk CSV generation, and a dynamic image API. Includes a 7-day free trial.

3. Accounts

The free tier does not require an account. The Pro tier requires an email address for subscription management. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9.00 USD. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate images containing illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute generated images as a standalone product or service
• Use the API beyond the rate limits specified for your plan
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties
• Use the Service for automated spam, phishing, or deceptive practices

Violation of these terms may result in account termination without notice and without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service (headlines, descriptions, logos, brand colors). Generated images are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and products.

Template designs, the Service's branding, code, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of OG Image Generator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service's templates or software.

The OG Image Generator name, logo, and visual design are trademarks of the Service. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.

7. API Terms

The dynamic image API is available to Pro subscribers only. API usage is subject to fair use limits. We may impose rate limiting to ensure service stability. The API is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee uptime or availability.

You may cache API responses for up to 24 hours to reduce latency. Abuse of the API, including excessive requests or denial-of-service attempts, will result in immediate suspension.

8. DMCA and Takedown Notices

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content generated using our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@appsnap.co.uk including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith
• A physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid takedown requests within 72 hours.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
